Husband had surgery other day through Doctor Thompson Orthopedics spine surgery. Valley medical center staff top notch during my 4 day stay. Made me feel very comfortable. Valley anytime. Nurses and assistants great care.

ER, ICU, nurses and doctor staff are A+. not a bad thing I can say about the staff. Parking is a challenge to find a spot. It is a busy place.

Chantel Turner PA at valley medical center has been a God sent. So many doctors weren’t able to figure out my chronic nose issues. She looked outside the box and was able to figure out what the problem is and resolve my issue that I have been dealing with for years. Thank you!

The Nurses, Doctors, and staff were very caring and extremely helpful. Great people. My Stepfather was on the 7th floor there for a few days and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you.

I go to the Infusion & Immunotherapy clinic every month and they’ve been great. The staff is compassionate and kind. I’m there for a few hours each time and they’ve always made me feel supported and cared for. I’m so happy that I’ve had such a positive experience every time I go. It would be hard to do it if it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Grateful for the team here!

I accompanied my wife here for a test where she became radioactive. I’ll let you know how that turns out. The main thrust of my review lies elsewhere. The receptionist mentioned fountains while we waited for the radioactive phosphoric material to spread. The first fountain we saw was tremendous. It’s in the lobby of the ER building. The only issue were a few coins and a plastic wrapper in the water. We looked for other fountains and THREE other fountains were not functioning… I guess budget cuts necessitated letting the water run dry. Sad. Still, the one working fountain is very nice.

Due to the increased negative reviews I figured I’d share my overwhelmingly positive experience with the staff at Valley Medical. My wife was met with exceptional care by Dr. Caroline Boerwinkle, Nurse Amy and Nurse Michelle. Everything was facilitated with ease and well communicated. My wife appreciated their thorough care and I applaud their professionalism. Appreciate all of their help and everyone involved. Thank you!

Amazing Emergency department team. The check in process was smooth, wait times are as expected. Everyone from registration to nurse to provider. All spoke so softly (my 18 month old daughter was the one in for visit), so informative, and was very efficient in care. They even went above and beyond and gave her treats and a stuffed animal. Absolute 10/10 care experience.

My wife just had a major back surgery and from check in to the surgical team the care provided was exceptional. We particularly want to express our sincere gratitude for the kind and caring nurses on the 7th floor in the back & spinal floor. If you need an important medical procedure this facility is the best. I didn’t come here as a patient — I came as a driver, just doing a delivery. And maybe that’s exactly why I saw something most people don’t notice. This place doesn’t feel like just a hospital. It feels like a system. A living structure. Almost like a small city built around something bigger than itself 🏥 The architecture caught me off guard. There’s this strange mix of time — parts of it feel modern, clean, functional… and then suddenly you turn a corner and it’s like you stepped into a different era ⏳ I found myself walking slower, looking at details, taking photos of angles that probably weren’t meant to be noticed 📸 What surprised me the most was the atmosphere. No chaos, no rushing, no noise. Just a quiet, steady flow of people moving with purpose. Early morning energy — calm, focused, almost meditative. Some walking with coffee, some with headphones, everyone knowing exactly where they’re going ☕ It felt less like a place of stress… and more like still water — smooth, undisturbed, almost reflective. I didn’t experience the medical side of this place, so I can’t judge it the way most reviews do. But as a space — as an atmosphere — it left an impression. Not every place makes you stop and look around. This one did.
